Notification of Intended Purpose of Product Uses

This product is a radio-determination device suitable for use in security systems. If the checkbox below is selected the sensor will operate with reduced performance but will comply with the harmonized sub band regulations of EN 300 440 sub band d  (See ERC Recommendation 70-03 Annex 6 sub band d for Country by Country determination)

If unchecked the device will transmit above the levels as specified in EN 300 440 and all licenses must be obtained before using the product in any EC country when operating in this mode.
